My sister and I were in Baltimore for a Bruce Springsteen concert at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. We live within an easy drive but knew it would be a traffic nightmare driving home. We stayed at the Hilton Inner Harbor which is literally across the street from OP. Check in was a breeze. The room was immaculate with a gorgeous view of the Baltimore Clock Tower. The hotel was PACKED with fans! After the concert, the Hilton was VERY efficient in boarding concert goers on to the elevators! Although the line looked daunting, we waited not more than 15 minutes! All staff was very friendly and accommodating! We made the perfect choice!

Café in the lobby with specialty coffee and snacks was super convenient and the "Golden Ticket" for use in the café that a staff member gave to our kids upon arrival was such a nice touch for them. All of the staff members that we encountered during our stay were super friendly and helpful,

Walking distance to M&T Bank stadium and the baseball stadium. Bed was very comfortable, and comforter and pillows were luxurious. Room was very clean. Coffee shop in the lobby is open 6am-9pm, a bonus for a caffeine junkie.

Our check in experience was wonderful! We fell in love with Asia, she was friendly and very helpful. My 16 year old daughter was with me and she kept telling me to call management and let them know how amazing Asia was!
